摘要: Two murine hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against Tobacco rattle virus (TRV) were produced by fusion of mouse myeloma cells (Sp2/0) with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with purified TRV isolate PpK20. Western blot results indicated that both MAbs could react with the coat proteins of four TRV isolates tested. Triple antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (TAS-ELISA) was optimized with produced MAbs. Also, the sensitivity of TAS-ELISA was compared with that of indirect-ELISA. Finally, immunocapture RT-PCR (IC-RT-PCR) was established for reliable and efficient detection of-my. The two established assays could be used to detect rapidly and reliably TRV in the field plants.
