The authenticity approach of vine tea ( Ampelopsis grossedentata) by non-targeted analysis based on 1 HNMR and chemometrics

摘要: Vine Tea, made from the sprouts, leaves and stems of Ampelopsis grossedentata, is consumed as tea beverage in south China owing to the biological activities as well as the unique aroma and flavor. Its price was extremely related to quality grade and geographical origin. A simple and non-destructive analytical method was important to discriminate the authenticity of vine tea. NMR-based discrimination methods were developed to distinguish quality grade, harvesting month or geographical origin. According to the aqueous soluble compositions in vine teas, principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were performed to construct authenticity models. Prediction examples were applied to verify the discrimination model feasibility of quality grade, harvesting month and geographical origin. The preliminary results showed that quality grade, harvesting month and geographical origin could be distinguished under certain conditions. The factors which affect the classification of vine teas could be listed in the descending order: quality grade, harvesting month, geographical origin.
