摘要: Nitrogen is a macro-element necessary for plant, which can significantly improve plant biomass and quality. Selenium is a beneficial element of plants, which can promote plant nutrient absorption and stress resistance ability and improve soil environment. In this study, two forage plants (milk vetch and ryegrass), three Se (IV) concentrations (0, 0.3, 1mg.kg(-1)) were set up to study the response of different treatments on plants biomass, N uptake and the changes of nitrogen forms and enzymes in soil. Herein, we found that the addition of 0.3mg.kg(-1) Se increased the shoot fresh weight of 22.92% milk vetch and 7.12% ryegrass, and also increased the root fresh weight of 34.16% milk vetch and 12.6% ryegrass compared to the control treatment (without Se fertilizers). 0.3mg.kg(-1 )Se increased the nitrogen accumulation in milk vetch (45.37%) and ryegrass (14.24%), and 1mg.kg(-1) Se addition increased the nitrogen accumulation in milk vetch (17.63%) and ryegrass (3.32%). Se significantly increased soil C/N and reduced NH4+: NO3-. Se also significantly increased soil CAT and urease activity, reduced soil nitrate reductase activity. In conclusion, Selenium promotes soil nitrogen utilization of milk vetch and ryegrass by benefiting the soil factors and this study will help to improve forage fertilization management and improve the efficient utilization of soil nitrogen.
