摘要: Flavobacterium psychrophilum is a well-known pathogen causing significant problems in aquaculture worldwide. It is associated with skin ulcers and finrot as well as septicaemia in a number of fish species. Rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum), and coho salmon, Oncorhynchus kisutch (Walbaum), are considered to be particularly susceptible, and F. psychrophilum is recognized as the causative agent of rainbow trout fry syndrome (RTFS) and bacterial cold water disease (BCWD) in these species (Holt, Rohovec & Fryer 1993; Lorenzen, Dalsgaard, From, Hansen, H鴕lyck, Korsholm, Mellergaard & Olesen 1991). There are reports of F. psychrophilum-related disease in eel, Anguilla anguilla (L.), common carp, Cyprinus carpio L., crucian carp, Carassius carassius (L.), and tench, Tinca tinca (L.) (see review by Nematollahi, Decostere, Pasmans & Haesebrouck 2003).
