MIL-101(Cr) Nanomaterials as Solid Phase Extraction Adsorbents for Determination of Multiple Mycotoxins in Wheat and Maize by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要: An efficient and rapid solid phase extraction (SPE) method was established for purification and enrichment of nine kinds of mycotoxins in agricultural products using metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) MIL-101(Cr) as adsorbents. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and specific surface area analysis were used to characterize MIL-101(Cr), and the results proved that the synthesized MIL-101(Cr) exhibited a regular octahedral configuration and high specific surface area (3137 m(2)/g). The experimental conditions which could affect SPE were investigated, including the loading solution, eluent and the dosage of adsorbent. The optimal conditions for SPE were: 2%(V/V) acetonitrile aqueous solution as loading solution, n-hexane as washing solution, 2 mL acetone containing 1% (V/V) formic acid as eluent, and adsorbent dosage of 20 mg. Under the optimal extraction conditions, combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS), the method showed good linearity (R-2 >= 0.991) toward nine kinds of mycotoxins. The limits of quantification were 0.10-1.0 mu g/kg, the recoveries were 83.5%-116.6%, and the RSDs were 1.8%-12.5%. This method was demonstrated to be easy in operation with high sensitivity, which was applicable to simultaneous determination of nine kinds of mycotoxins in wheat and maize samples.
