摘要: Key message CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockout of the susceptible haplotype of OsETR, encoding an embryogenesis transmembrane protein, confers broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial leaf blight in a susceptible rice cultivar without yield penalty.
