摘要: The coffee beans in Longyang District, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province provide an ideal case for studying the effects of different fertilization treatments on the composition and diversity of soil microbial communities in the rhizosphere. This study is crucial for advancing our understanding of microbial diversity in coffee ecosystems and its potential impact on coffee quality and sustainable production practices. The results demonstrated that soil properties are significantly correlated with the dominant bacterial phyla. Dominant bacterial and fungal groups helpful in nutrient cycling, disease suppression, and maintaining soil structure, all of which are crucial for sustaining healthy coffee plants and optimizing yields. Available phosphorus (AP), available potassium (AK), and total nitrogen (TN) were identified as the primary factors influencing changes in the soil bacterial community, whereas AP and AK were the main factors affecting changes in the soil fungal community. The application of compound fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O = 15-15-15) at 50 g/plant combined with microbial fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O = 10-6-9) improves the quality parameters of coffee beans and increases the abundance and diversity of bacterial and fungal species in the soil. Therefore, this combined fertilization method is recommended as a reasonable and effective practice.
