摘要： The farmer's income in China is still low and increasing slowly. The entry of industrial and commercial capital into "three rural" areas in China is an important way to promote the increase of the farmer's income, and there are some successful cases of this entry existing in different areas of China which give us lots of useful experience. Some policies and measures should be implemented to improve the effect of the entry, mainly including changing the local government investment, correctly guiding industrial and commercial capital to participate in the development of agricultural industrialization, improving the investment environment of industrial and commercial capital, and optimizing the business model of industrial and commercial capital entering "three rural" area have become to be the policy focus of the government's support the industrial and commercial capital promoting the doubling of the farmer's income in China.
