A pH-Responsive strategy for rapid enrichment and purification of tropane alkaloids in honey based on zeolitic imidazolate Framework-8: Cost-effective and environmentally friendly

摘要: In order to explore a cost-effective and environmentally friendly strategy for pretreatment, this study established a pH-responsive method based on zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8). The saturated adsorption capacity of target analytes (atropine and scopolamine) could reach 44.56 and 33.55 mg/g. Based on the characterization combined with the computer simulation, it is concluded that the adsorption mainly depends on electrostatic interaction, pi-pi stacking and hydrogen bonding. The adsorbed ZIF-8 can be used for immunoassay after acid-alkali treatment. By optimizing the conditions, the detection limit of the established pH-responsive immunoassay was 0.24 and 0.62 mu g/kg in honey, the recovery rates were 92.9 %similar to 112.3 %, and the coefficient of variations were less than 22.7 %. The desorption process in this strategy does not rely on massive organic reagents, making it potentially cost-effective and environmentally friendly for analyzing analytes in complex matrices.
