Taxonomic and phylogenetic evidence reveal a new species of the genus Agaricus section Minores from Pakistan

摘要： Agaricus tarbelensis, a new Agaricus (Agaricaceae) species of section Minores, is described and illustrated from Swabi District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, based on morphological and phylogenetic analysis of ITS and 28S sequences. It is characterised by its parabolic convex to broadly convex pileus, pale reddish orange at center, light reddish gray squamules, reddish brown or purplish brown fibrils, presence of veil, and relatively small Cheilocystidia. A morphological description, colored photographs, microscopic structures, and a comparative combined ITS-28S-based phylogenetic analysis are presented.
