Pollutant removal capacity influence soil bacterial community stability: Insights from two agricultural soils

摘要: Evaluating the impact of herbicide on soil microbial community stability is essential for microbial community functions. This study investigates the effects of trifluralin (TFL) on soil bacterial community stability using two agricultural soils from the Jiansanjiang reclamation area (JSJ) and Langfang research base (LF). Average variation degree (AVD) and network composition analyses been used to assessed stability. Results indicated that TFL reduced JSJ soil bacterial community fluctuation, but LF soil was not. Based on the results of KEGG data, fluorobenzoate degradation pathway and benzoate 1,2-dioxygenase made big contribution to stable community and they were significantly increased in JSJ soil. Protein sequence, autodocking, and correlation analysis indicated that benzoate 1,2-dioxygenase could degrade TFL. JSJ soil bacterial co-occurrence networks were also stable, with benzoate 1,2-dioxygenase-related species playing a key role in sustaining network stability. This study offers insights into the mechanisms underlying soil bacterial community stability in the context of organic pollution.
