摘要: We investigated the antibody response of DNA immunization with two mammalian codon optimized envelope glycoprotein genes, F and G, of Nipah virus in a mouse model. The results indicated that G gene immunization elicited more significant specific serum IgG response and neutralization antibody response than F gene did, suggesting that the G gene DNA immunization is a potential vaccine strategy against Nipah virus.
