摘要: Procambarus clarkii in rice-crayfish co-culture systems may be exposed to pesticide pollution, but pesticide residue issues remain underexplored. This study analyzed 201 pesticide residues in three edible tissues of P. clarkii. The analysis was conducted using a coupled approach, combing the quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe extraction method with Gel Permeation Chromatography-Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry for precise detection and quantification. A total of 17 pesticides included 3 banned pesticides were detected in P. clarkii. Pesticide residue levels in P. clarkii varied across different edible tissues, with concentrations not exceeding 0.72 mu g/kg, remaining below the maximum residue limits. Although fewer pesticide residues were detected during the rice growth season, the detection rates and/or concentrations of fungicides were typically higher compared to non-rice growth season. Safety evaluation revealed that 2.56% of gill samples from non-rice growth season were classified as inadequate. Despite this, the Hazard Quotient and Hazard Index values for pesticide residues in P. clarkii were substantially below 1, demonstrating P. clarkii from rice-crayfish co-culture systems is safe for consumers. Enhanced monitoring of pesticide residues, especially for persistent organic pollutants and fungicides, and the removal of gills prior to consumption are recommended to mitigate potential risks.
