摘要: Aquatic products are highly susceptible to spoilage during distribution, transportation, and storage, leading to demand for rapid freshness monitoring technologies. In this work, a visual fluorimetric intelligent sensor incorporating yellow and blue-emitting carbon dots (Y@B-CDs) as fluorescent probes within a silica aerogel/polyvinyl alcohol matrix was developed for real-time freshness monitoring. The yellow-emitting CDs (Y-CDs), synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and 4-aminobutyric acid, exhibit ultra-pH sensitivity (6.0-8.0 range) with a 0.02 mu M biogenic amine detection limit. The blue-emitting CDs (B-CDs), sustainably derived from mulberry, provide a stable reference signal. Upon biogenic amine exposure, the Y@B-CDs show a distinct fluorescence color shift from blue-green to yellow under UV light (365 nm). The silica aerogel reinforcement significantly improves the sensor's mechanical strength and stability under varying temperatures and prolonged illumination. Furthermore, the sensor visual fluorimetric response [R/(R + G + B)] demonstrates excellent linear correlation (R2 > 0.99) with total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) levels in refrigerated shrimp, validated against the semimicro-Kjeldahl method. Overall, the proposed dual-emission CDs-based sensor exhibits significant potential for portable, real-time monitoring of aquatic food freshness and safety.
