摘要: The objective of this research is to enhance Fusarium head blight by transferring Gastrodia anti-fungal protein gene to common wheat. 66 RO transgenic plants were obtained and confirmed by PCR analysis. Seven R_3 lines with high FHB resistance were identified by FHB resistance evaluation. The transgenic lines reduced average disease severity 60% compared to susceptible parent Alondra and 40% compared to moderate resistant parent Yangmai 158.
