Biological effect on sugar beet seeds induced by ion implantation

摘要: Through experimental analysis of peroxidase isozyme in the leavesof sugar beets, it has been vertified that the enzyme activity of drysugar beet seeds is closely connected with the doses of N~+ ionimplanted, and that low dosage implantation helps to bring aboutenzyme acti- vation. Meanwhile, new enzyme bands appear, and thegrowing quantity and trend of sugar beets increase distinctly. Thebest result can be obtained when the dose of ion implantation is 4×10~16N~+/cm~2 and the number of pulse is 60 times.
