Adventitious Shoot Regeneration from In Vitro Leaves of Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)

摘要: Adventitious shoot regeneration was achieved from in vitro leaves of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. 'Lajiaozao' using Murashige and Skoog (MS) supplement with thidiazuron (TDZ) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). Percent regeneration was influenced by plant growth regulators and by leaf abaxial side, sucrose and light. The highest mean number of shoots (5.4) per leave was obtained with leave abaxial side up and first 14 days in darkness on MS medium with macro-elements reduced to 1/2 strength adding 0.3 mg/L TDZ, 0.1 mg/L IBA and 20 g/L sucrose.
