摘要： In order to explore an efficient way to open, interlink and interoperate multilingual data internationally, this paper firstly gives a conceptual analysis of open data, linked data and knowledge organization system (KOS). The architecture and key technologies for semantically processing and opening Chinese agricultural literature data as RESTful API are illustrated. Finally, the open API is integrated with AGRIS of FAO to interlink and mashup multilin-gual agricultural data semantically based on KOSs (the Chinese Agricultural Thesaurus and AGROVOC and their mappings). The results show it is helpful for different language-background people to discover international multilingual resources easily and efficiently.
