摘要: A sensitive method was developed for the determination of 3 kinds isomers of clorprenaline and baclofen residues in feed by solvent extraction combined with solid-phase extraction pretreatment and ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted for 20 min under shaking by the mixed solution of 0. 1 moUL formic solution and acetonitrile (4: 1, V/V), separated under centrifuging to eliminate impurity, and cleaned up by MCX cartridge. The test potion was separated by waters BEH C-18 columns with gradient elution program. Analyte confirmation was performed using multiple reaction monitoring ( MRM) with one precursor ion and productions as identifiers. The results were calculated by external standard method. The LODs were 20 mu g/Kg, LOQs were 50 tig/Kg, the recoveries were in range of 80% 110%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSDs) were less than or equal to 10. 2% at three spiked levels.
