摘要: A severe disease was observed on pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) in Beijing, China during 2009-2011. The causal agent was isolated from infected tissues, and its pathogenicity was confirmed. The pathogen was identified as Colletotrichum capsici (Syd.) Butler based on morphological characters and molecular methods. This is the first report of C. capsici causing anthracnose of pumpkin in China. ResumeDe 2009 a 2011, a Beijing en Chine, une grave maladie a ete observee chez la courge musquee (Cucurbita moschata). L'agent causal a ete isole a partir de tissus infectes et sa pathogenicite a ete confirmee. L'agent pathogene, Colletotrichum capsici (Syd.) Butler, a ete identifie en fonction de ses caracteres morphologiques et au moyen d'analyses moleculaires. Il s'agit de la premiere mention de C. capsici causant l'anthracnose chez la courge en Chine.
