Catastrophic Risk Assessment of Crops Caused by Flood Based on Vulnerability-Using Northeast China as a Case

摘要: In this paper, catastrophic risk assessment of crops on county scale in Northeast China caused by flood was done on the combination of extreme storm precipitation and flood vulnerability function of crops under the support of metrological data, terrain data, flood record data and crops' planting area data. After assessment, it can be found that the catastrophic risk of Liaoning is highest, and then Heilongjian and Jilin. In space, there exits 4 high risk districts in which the highest 2 locates in the east and the center of Liaoning, the third highest 1 locates in the Midwest of Heilongjian, and the last highest 1 locates in the center of Jilin.
