摘要: A method was developed for determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and 11 halogenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in vegetables by gas chromatography. tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS). The analytes were extracted from the vegetable samples by hexane, and purified by dispersion solid phase extraction using PSA and C-18 sorbent, then analyzed by gas chromatography. tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) with external standard method. The recoveries were in the range of 74. 7% -115. 1%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1. 6% -15. 3% at three spiked levels of 50,100 and 200 mu g/kg for 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and 11 halogenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The limits of quantification (LOQ) for all analytes were 0. 03-7. 39 mu g/kg.
