摘要: A sensitive method was developed for the determination of 14 kinds of beta-agonists residues in sheep saliva by solid phase extraction pretreatment and ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was adjusted by pH5. 2 ammonium acetate buffer and centrifuged separation to eliminate impurity, then passed through MCX cartridge to clear-up. The test potion was separated by waters BEH C-18 columns with gradient elution program. Analyte confirmation was performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with one precursor ion and productions as identifiers. The results were calculated by internal standard method. The LODs were 0. 1-0. 2 mu g/L, LOQs were 0. 3-0. 5 mu g/L, the recoveries were in range of 60% - 110%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 20% at three spiked levels for beta-agonists.
