摘要: As the traceability system of agricultural products supply chain has much links and complex factors, difficulty to model, a unified hierarchical model was constructed and optimized by analyzing of agricultural products supply chain from farm to plate and extracting of typical flow and main factors. The unified model has two dimensions of flow and factor, each dimension is divided into several levels. The model can describe suitably of quality flow, information flow and material flow of traceability system. The model was optimized through the analysis of quality data in traceability system. we pointed out that the agricultural products processing is the most important aspect in agricultural products supply chain.
