Development of certified reference materials for two acylated anthocyanins

摘要: The development of anthocyanin certified reference materials (CRMs) is critical for accurate anthocyanin determination. In this work, two anthocyanin CRMs - cyanidin 3-O-(2-O-glucosyl, 6-O-sinapoyl)glucoside, 5-Oglucoside trifluoroacetate (Cy3(sin)diG5G trifluoroacetate) and cyanidin 3-O-(2-O-glucosyl, 6-O-p-coumaroyl) glucoside, 5-O-glucoside trifluoroacetate (Cy3(p-cum)diG5G trifluoroacetate) - were developed. Their purities were determined using a combination of mass balance (MB) and quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) methods. The determined purity values were 92.9 % and 94.7 %, with expanded uncertainties of 0.4 % and 0.3 % (k = 2), respectively. The obtained CRMs exhibited homogeneity and remained stable during both short-term and long-term storage at 4 degrees C and -20 degrees C. Furthermore, the prepared CRMs were successfully applied to the analysis of real samples. This work developed two anthocyanin CRMs that can be used for quality control and product traceability of natural anthocyanin products. It also provided a feasible guideline for the further development of anthocyanin CRMs.
