摘要： In this paper, studies on diterpene compounds contents in Pinecone of Pinus koraiensis were done firstly. A simple, fast and accurate analytical method for the determination of diterpene compounds by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established. The linear regression equation was A=0.0306C + 0.0038 (R=0.9998), the linear range was 4.0 similar to 32.0 mg/L. The average recovery was 104.08 %. The experiment results indicated that diterpene compounds were stable in solvent, the results of determination were accordant. The method was simple, quick and accurate and can be used for the determination of diterpene compounds.
