摘要: Myogenin is a gene belonging to the MyoD family which codes for the bHLH transcription factor playing a key role in myogenesis. It affects the processes of differentiation and maturation of myotubes during embryogenesis. The parallel typing system based on ligase detection reaction was established in the present study and to detect the polymorphisms of MYOG gene which is candidate gene for chicken meat quality traits.
