摘要: The paper has successfully set up a general platform for Water Resources Optimal Operation System, Lp_SolveJ, through packaging the general optimization package of Lp_Solve which is open-source. The platform, which is developed with Java language, is entitled with most functions similar to GAMS. Meanwhile, the platform also packages the other functions which are common but useful for many Water Resources Optimal Allocation Models. Moreover, the platform has been successfully applied to the Weihe Water Resources Optimal Operation System, and the high level of integration and rapid development of the software system are realized. The general platform has realized the reduction of development cost on Water Resource Optimal Allocation Model, promotion of the efficiency of the models and other systems development and improvement of the software technologies of the models and related systems.
