摘要： A series of novel 2-indolyl oxazoline and thiazoline derivatives were synthesized from 2-indolecarboxylic acid and enantiomerically amino alcohol, and characterized by IR, (1)H NMR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. There bioassays were carried out. The preliminary results showed that all the title compounds had certain fungicidal activities against 10 kinds of bacterial. Thiazolines have much better fungicidal activities than oxazolines, especially, at the concentration of 50 mg/L the inhibition ratios of 2a and 2b were up to 100% against Phytophthora parasitica Dast, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Phomopsis asparagi (Sacc.) Bubak.
