Flow injection-chemiluminescence determination of soybean isoflavone

摘要: A flow injection-chemiluminescence ( CL) method based on the chemiluminescence reaction of soybean isoflavone and hexacyanoferrate (fff) in NaOH solution was developed for the determination of soybean isoflavones. The optimal conditions of CL system were 5.0 x 10(-4) mol/L KFe (CN)(6) 0.5 mol/L NaOH, and peristaltic pump 145 r/min and sub-peristaltic pump (35 r/min) were choiled. The method has a linear range of 1.0 x 10(-3) -0.5 g/L. Regression equation: A (apex area) = 193305C (mg/L) + 229.97, r = 0.9962. The detection limit is 4.6 x 10(-4) g/L. The relative standard deviation was 2.5 % (c = 5.0 x 10(-3) g/L, n=7). The method was successfully applied to the determination of soybean isoflavone in biologic manufacture.
