摘要: Attempts to develop effective and low cost techniques for blood screening and detection of hemoglobin have become very important. In this work, a home-made biosensor for rapid detection of hemoglobin has been proposed and established on the basis of the reaction of hemoglobin and potassium ferricyanide and the spectral absorption/reflection principle. Using the fast evaporation technique, the reaction reagent can easily form micro crystals and disperse over the reaction membrane uniformly to a certain extent. Then the reaction speed was enhanced. This kind of new type hemoglobin biosensor can be used to detect hemoglobin concentration in 60 seconds at room temperature with a linear range of 5.0-16.0 g/dL, and its correlation coefficient(r) is 0.991.
