摘要: The integration and expression of exogenes were reviewed in transgenic plants (To generation) as well as in their progenies. It was analyzed that the integration, expression and stable inheritance of exogenes were different in various transformation events. The disadvantages of present transformation methods and new transformation methods which can site specifically introduce exogenes into receipt chromosomes with restricted copies were discussed.
