摘要： Heavy-loading and high automated thermal spray turntable is an essential tool to contol quality of coatings. Heavy-loading thermal spray turntable, with a good performance of high precision and self-controlled frequency conversion has been studied. The unit can serve a working piece having a maximum diameter of 100mm, a height of 2000mm and a weight of 1500T. The eccentricity can be adjusted, ranging from - 100mm to 100mm. Additionally, the practical production and site test have proved that the turntable has reliable dustproof and heatproof properties, which meets the technical requirement of the thermal spray production.
