摘要: In order to probe into the relationship between leaf mineral elements and fruit quality in pomegranate, the contents of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and manganese (Mn) in leaves of 10 pomegranate cultivars were determined. The relationships between these mineral element contents and single fruit weight, total soluble solid, titratable acid and soluble sugar were investigated. The result indicated that the content of N, P, K, Ca and Mg was in the range of 15.49 similar to 22.07, 0.78 similar to 1.27, 7.31 similar to 12.69, 1.35 similar to 3.30 and 2.20 similar to 2.93 g kg(-1). The content range of Fe, Cu, Zn and Mg respectively was 21.51 similar to 50.93, 3.87 similar to 9.37, 31.60 similar to 59.02 and 45.78 similar to 87.08 mg kg(-1). The highest content of N, Mg, Fe and Cu was found in 'Taishanhong', 'Qingpiruanzi', 'Mantianhong' and 'Taihanghong', respectively. The content of P and Ca were highest in 'Lanbaoshi'. The highest content of K and Zn both existed in 'Qiuyan'. There was significant difference in the mineral elements contents of different pomegranate cultivars. The range of single fruit weight, soluble solid, titratable acid and soluble sugar was 286.54 similar to 524.24 g, 15.34 similar to 16.75%, 0.32 similar to 0.98%, and 119.36 similar to 179.56 g L-1, respectively. The single fruit weight and soluble solid content were highest in 'Taishanhong'. The highest content of titratable acid and soluble sugar was in 'Lanbaoshi' and 'Piyaman', respectively. Correlation analysis showed that N had significantly negative correlation with Zn. Single fruit weight was significantly positively correlated with Cu. There was positive correlation between P and titratable acid. The result could provide theoretical basis for scientific nutrient management of pomegranate.
