摘要： The complete mitogenome ofCelypha flavipalpana(Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) was sequenced, assembled and annotated. The genome has a circular genome of 15,691bp in length, with 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs, and a control region. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that Trichinidae is a monophyletic group andCelypha(C. flavipalpana) as sister of the genusPhiaris(P. dolosana).
