A colorimetric and SERS dual-signal immunochromatography based on AuDTNB@PDA nanoparticles for the detection of triadimefon

摘要: In this study, anti-TDF monoclonal antibody (mAb) was combined with Au-DTNB@PDA as SERS probe, and a colorimetric and SERS dual-signal immunochromatography was designed to detect TDF residues. In the most favorable condition, the minimum visual detection limit (vLOD) of the immunochromatographic strip is 7.8 ng/ mL, facilitating the qualitative identification of TDF. A strong linear correlation between the Raman signal intensity and TDF concentration was observed from 3.9 to 125 ng/mL. The linear model was y =-0.68x + 242.80 (R-2 = 0.98), with a limit of detection (LOD) at 2.45 ng/mL. The immunochromatographic strip demonstrates high specificity towards TDF, and has no obvious cross-reaction with the four structural analogizes of TDF. Finally, the immunochromatographic strip was used to detect TDF in cucumber and tobacco leaves. The recovery rate was 87.90-107.70 %, and RSD <6.18 %, suggesting that the immunochromatographic strip is suitable for real-sample detection with good accuracy.
