摘要: Kiwiberry is a thin-skinned and hairless fruit with rich nutritional ingredients that has emerged in recent years. However, the quick softening of kiwiberry after harvest limits its commercialization. To reveal the transcriptional regulatory mechanism of the post-harvest softening of kiwiberry, this study selected two varieties with different storability to explore the changes in fruit firmness after harvest. The results showed that the firmness of "Longcheng No. 2" and "Vitikiwi" reached their lowest values on the 5th and 11th days after harvest, respectively. Transcriptome sequencing was then used to analyze the differential expression of genes at different storage times of the two kiwiberry varieties. Through analysis, the three key transcription factors HB16, BLH6, and MYB86, which regulate postharvest fruit softening, were identified. Moreover, 78 genes causing differences in postharvest softening were screened and found to be regulated by three transcription factors, including six genes related to starch degradation and 72 genes related to the cell wall. The transcriptional regulatory mechanisms underlying the differences in storage tolerance between different kiwiberry varieties were revealed, providing a theoretical basis for breeding new kiwiberry varieties with storage-resistant traits.
