Study on Extraction of Volatile Compounds in Guava Fruit by Different Solid Phase Micro-Extraction Fibers

摘要: The aroma compositions of 'Zhenzhutao' guava were analyzed using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The effects of different fibers, namely 65 mu m PDMS/DVB, 100 mu m PDMS and 75 mu m CAR/PDMS, on the guava fruit aroma were discussed. The results were as followed. There were totally 27 volatile components, including four esters, 12 alcohols and aldehydes, and 10terpenes, were identified. In our research, we found that the results of 65 mu m PDMS/DVB was better than another two due to its higher extraction effect. Therefore, 65 mu m PDMS/DVB fibersare suitable for the extraction of aroma compounds of guava in our followed studies.
