摘要: Agricultural scientific technical information service is an important bridge between agricultural technology achievement information and agricultural production. By the investigation of the current situation of agricultural scientific technical information consulting services in Beijing, and the analysis of restricting factors of the service, the technical countermeasures of its development under the new situation are provided in this paper to give the reverence for the construction of new agricultural scientific technical information counseling service system.
