摘要： Since less restricted by time and geographical variation, online asynchronous interaction has become an important way of online collaborative learning. In order to explore the current condition and characteristics of online asynchronous interactive learning for the Party members and cadres modern distance education, this study analyzed the level and quality of online communication and put forward solutions to improving the interactive learning effect by quantitative and qualitative research methods, based on the interactive contents in the platform of modern distance education for the Party members and cadres in Beijing.
