Determination of Semiamitraz Residue in Fruits by Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: An analytical method was developed to extract and determine semiamitraz residue in fruits using solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC). The semiamitraz residue in fruits was dissolved in hydrochloric acid aqueous. The semiamitraz was extracted by acetonitrile with pH range from 12 to 13, and purified through basic alumina-SPE column. Then fruit sample was separated by column C(18) (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mu m) and measured at UV wavelength of 254 nm with a mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (50:50, V/V). The method could used to determine the semiamitraz residue in fruits with fine linear relationship(R(2) = 0.9999) when the range of semiamitraz was 0.01 - 10 mg/L. Besides that, the limit of detection was 0.0013 mg/kg, and average recoveries were 80.7% - 95.3% with relative standard deviation < 7%.
