摘要： A review is given of the prevention and treatment of Theileria annulata infection of cattle in China. Primaquine phosphate has been shown to be an effective drug for the elimination of gametocytes of T. annulata and an attenuated strain of virulent parasites is used as a vaccine. This vaccine has proved to be 100% safe and over 90% effective. Since the use of these two methodes of control, the disease caused by T. annulata in cattle in China has been controlled.
