摘要: Somatic embryogenesis from immature cotyledons was achieved for Chinese jujube Jinsixiaozao (Zizyphus jujube Mill.) and the experiment was demonstrated by orthogonal design of L(16) (4(5)). The effects of different concentration of thidiazuron (TDZ), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), sucrose, MS (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) medium and the presence or absence of light of culture were determined. The optimal somatic embryogenesis rate was obtained on 1/2MS medium containing TDZ (0.4mg/L), IAA (0.2mg/L) and sucrose (20g/L), followed by maintaining in darkness for the first 30 days.
