Effectiveness of Echinacea Purpurea Herb Formula on Immunoregulation in Chicken

摘要: 240 chickens were divided into four groups, A (control group without medicine), B (treatment with E. purpurea), C (treatment with herb herbal formula), D (treatment with E. purpurea herbal formula), sixty every group. From 7th day to add 1% herbs to chicken except group A, the total dosage time was 35 days. All the indexes were detected on day 14th, 21th, 35th, 42th respectively. The results showed that E. purpurea herbal formula had an obvious promotion to production of CD4(+),CD8(+) T-lymph cell which in bursa of Fabricius, spleen and thoracic gland (P<0.05). E. purpurea herbal formula group could obviously boost C-3b and IC receptor rosette of Red cell (P<0.05), and enhanced all index of immune organ (P<0.05).
