摘要: At present, the rural sci-tech information service platforms and resources of different levels need to be integrated in China. And the administration of information service for rural information service station needs to be standardized all over the country. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a design method of the rural sci-tech information service management system based on cloud computing, which make full use of the advantages of cloud computing platform, implement equipment, information and service coordination together with cost savings and resources sharing. First, the services of the rural sci-tech information station were integrated into five types: basic service, technology consulting, farmer-training, agro-dealing and collaborative service. The current Cloud-based system adopted the worldwide B/S architecture and can be described in term of the core database, the user interface and the operating system. This cloud-based service management system will enable an overall planning, integrating and administrating of various information resources and services to be greatly shared, so that the interconnection and interworking could keep unobstructed from governments to the grassroots level.
