Effects of Different Fertilizers with Material Properties on Hot Pepper Growth and Microorganisms

摘要: In this article, there was a comparison of effects of different applied fertilizers on hot pepper growth and rhizospheric microorganisms by field trial. It separated, cultivated, counted and initially identified bacteria, funguses and actinomycetes in different-pharmaceutics-treated rhizosphere soil by spread plate method. Results showed the significant difference among the quantities of bacteria, funguses and actinomycetes in hot pepper rhizosphere soil treated by different fertilizers, where there were the most bacteria, less actinomyceters, and a minimum of funguses. The application of fertilizer changed the rhizosphere microorganism environment of hot pepper, enhanced hot pepper plants to absorb the major nutritive elements, such as nitrogen and phosphorus, promoted hot pepper growth and increased its yield.
