摘要： A new severe disease with the record of the cucumber bacterial white spot was observed on cucumber seedlings in a greenhouse in Liaoning province of China since 2007. The spot of the disease is round or subround, membranous in the middle and halos encompass. Bacterial ooze is not found around the disease position. Relative studies are taken on Biolog tests and 16S rDNA gene sequence for CU-PV 08. The pathogen of cucumber bacterial white spot was identified as Pseudomonas viridiflava (Burkholder 1930) Dowson 1939.
