小麦红叶耳基因的SSR标记定位分析

摘要: 为明确小麦红叶耳基因的染色体位置,以小麦BS210(红叶耳)/O201(绿叶耳)的DH群体为材料,于2005~2006和2006~2007年度分别将120个DH株系及亲本在北京种植,并对该群体进行叶耳颜色的鉴定。遗传和方差分析表明,红叶耳由一对主效基因控制,同时受环境影响,并存在基因与环境互作效应;根据DH群体叶耳颜色分别构建红叶耳池和绿叶耳池,利用BSA法和SSR引物筛选与红叶耳基因连锁的标记,将红叶耳相关基因定位于3B染色体长臂上,QTL分析表明,红叶耳主效QTL位于WMC182和WMC54之间,贡献率为24.1%,与最近标记WMC182的距离为7.1 cM,红叶耳基因来自母本BS210。本研究结果还表明,BSA与QTL方法相结合,有利于提高简单性状基因定位的效率和精确度。
