摘要: The purpose of this study is to develop a rumen sensor to detect the temperature and pH of bovine rumen acid, and to design a receiving device in vitro to achieve long-term monitoring of bovine ruminal acid. The rumen sensor uses the ultra-low-power microprocessor PIC12LF1840T39A and the high-precision temperature sensor Si7051-A20-IM and the miniature pH electrode as the core for the temperature and pH detection of rumen fluid. The ultra-low power module APC240 is used to achieve wireless and transparent transmission of data. The transmitted data is displayed and stored in real time by using the serial port of the PC and mobile phone. The experimental data in weak acidic liquid environment in vitro show that the data loss rate is zero and the data abnormal rate is zero in a short distance. Compared with the actual temperature and pH of the weak acidic liquid, the temperature measurement results are basically correct and the accuracy of pH value is up to +/- 0.1. In addition, the measurement results prove that the signal transmission performance of the entire monitoring system is good and the rumen sensor has high stability, reliability and repeatability. Compared with the traditional detection system, the system is simple in structure and convenient in detection. It is expected that the rumen sensor can be used for long-term wireless monitoring of bovine rumen acid.
