摘要: Objective: To analyze the botanical traits and volatile oil components of Pelargonium roseum R. Br and Pelargonium asperum Bourbon cultivated in Zhangzhou area. Methods: The botanical traits of two geranium flowering stages were observed by five point sampling method. The volatile components in two kinds of geranium were extracted by steam distillation, and the components were determined and compared by GC-MS. Results: under the same cultivated conditions, the plant type and the leaves of Pelargonium roseum were small, with the whole deep leaf, shallow leaf edge, not torn leaf tip and alternated leaf. The succulent oil yield was 0.070%, the volatile oil was light green. Pelargonium asperum has a larger plant type and leaves, the overall leaf color is shallower, the leaf margin is deeper, the leaf tip is tear-like, and the single leaf is opposite; the volatile oil yield is 0.120%, and the volatile oil is yellowish green. According to the analysis of GC-MS, the volatile oil of rose geranium contains 66 components, of which 63.13% are monoterpenoids, 29.58% are sesquiterpenoids, and citrine is the most abundant component (9.89%), geraniol (5.21%), citronellate (4.85%), 6,9-guaiacene (4.76%) and syringene (4.20%). B. geranium volatile oil contains 75 components, of which monoterpenoids account for 63.08%, sesquiterpenoids account for 28.56%, and the content of more components is (-)-beta-citronene (7.97%), citronellol (7.64%), 6,9-guaiacene (5.98%), menthone (5.96%) and geraniol (5.10%). Conclusion: There are some differences in botanical traits and volatile constituents between Pelargonium roseum and Pelargonium asperum, which provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of volatile oil.
